This box arrived in the mail today, and Pooka quickly claimed it.

Tomorrow I'll get the birthday present inside, and Pooka can have the box.

As soon as we got home, Alvin went through my bags to see if we brought back any souvenirs for him.

But I didn't have anything.  

I told Pooka all about seeing the Nate Berkus Show and "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying", and she seemed very interested.

Maybe next time she'll get to see the big city!
