Alvin plays Creationary and builds with legos

Every time we play Creationary, Alvin tries to get in on the fun.  

Today I decided to indulge him.

Here he is selecting his pieces from the box:

He's putting all of the red ones together.

Alvin got distracted and started playing the box.  I had to remind him we were all waiting to see his finished creation and he eventually got back to building.

And here's his finished lego masterpiece!

He's clearly proud of his hard work!

Snowstorm

During the snowstorm, Alvin was trying to catch the water droplets running down the glass door as the snow melted.  

Pooka got cozy on a pile of blankets.  She looks kind of like the Princess and the Pea!

We knew it was time to put up the blinds.  Fortunately, today was warm enough to open the windows, and the kitties enjoyed some fresh air.

Introducing...Pooka and Alvin!

This is Pooka.  She is so cute.

This is Alvin.  He is also really cute.
